My passion for fresh , healthy, clean food is met with joy and excitement by Liz and Chad Shinn and Camron Ridge Farmstead. Liz and Chad are completely engaged in their farming lifestyle including involving their family and friends whenever possible. The produce, eggs, canned goods, and chicken from CRF is one of the highest quality and my family looks forward to seeing what the harvest each week will provide.

This will be my 4th year with CSA through Camron Ridge Farmstead. I have really appreciated getting to know Liz/Chad and Family as friends. I believe it is wonderful to know who grows your food, and experiencing the passion they have for doing so. The quality of their vegetables, berries, eggs, and jam are incredible! They get the details right! It’s always exciting to see what’s in your box each week and will expand your cooking and taste for good food. We grow and produce a wide range of products.

Vegetable and Fruit 2025: Salad greens, radishes, beets, cabbage, kale, collards, swiss chard, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, butternut, delicata, cantaloupe, watermelon, pumpkins, green beans, sweet corn, strawberries, blackberries.

Kitchen Goods:

Frozen – chicken and vegetable pot pie, roasted tomato, carrot ginger,  curried squash, and tuscan chicken soups, farmhouse chili, chicken bone broth, 4 pack cinnamon rolls, 6 pack dinner rolls.

Fresh – cinnamon rolls, seasonal muffins, seasonal quick bread, seasonal galettes, farmhouse english muffins, cinnamon raisin bread pudding, gluten free peanut butter oat bars,  rustic white sourdough, whole wheat sourdough, cheddar jalapeno sourdough, marbled rye sourdough, cinnamon raisin bread, honey oat bread, farmhouse snickerdoodle, ginger molasses, and chocolate chip cookies,  gluten free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, garlic parmesan rolls.

About Our farm

 

Camron Ridge Farmstead is a small farm in Jefferson, Oregon, owned by Chad and Liz Shinn. We are approximately 60 miles south of Portland Oregon nestled into the Willamette Valleys farming region.

We are passionate about growing the highest quality food using sustainable and organic practices.  We never use GMO’s, synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.  We are dedicated to soil health and fertility with responsible, minimal tillage and we encourage organic matter by the use of compost and cover crops.

We collaborate yearly with Oregon State University on a number of dry farm initiative studies. Past initiatives have involved tomato’s, melon, corn, and squash.

Our mission at Camron Ridge is to provide farm fresh, top quality, grown responsibly produce, value added, and baked goods, which is the most nutritious and delectable!  Our guiding values essential to this mission are sustainability, family, good nutrition, and environmental stewardship.
