About: Camron Ridge is a small family farm that uses organic practices to grow a variety of vegetables and fruit varieties in Jefferson Oregon. We are passionate about growing the highest quality food using sustainable and organic practices. We are dedicated to soil health and fertility with responsible, minimal tillage and we encourage organic matter incorporating compost and cover crops.

Responsibilities:
- Assist head cook by washing, chopping, and preparing vegetables to cook or store
- Weekly farmers market production bakes, all products.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and appliances are ready for use
- Always maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Prepare soups, pies, salads, salad dressings, sauces, and pickling
- Become familiar with the menus
- Cleaning and dishwashing
Qualifications:
- Strong bread baking skills, to include sourdough based breads, as well as yeast.
- Strong multitasking skills
- Good understanding of ingredients, recipes, kitchen safety and hygiene
- Passionate about farm to table cooking
- Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
- Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Physically able to stand and move for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Hours: 30 – 40hrs per week. Weekdays: 4am – 12pm, some weekend baking dependent on needs
Pay: $17- $18 per hour DOE
